The Club's Laboratory is a space for experiments, confidential personal and professional communication of colleagues, advanced training and independent assessment in coaching, related areas, in various specializations.

WHAT IS PEER COACHING WITH COLLEAGUES OF DIFFERENT SCHOOLS AND DIRECTIONS, DIFFERENT LEVELS?
Peer coaching with colleagues of different levels is an enjoyable, rewarding and trusting process with fellow professionals, through which it is possible to:

• Observe live the current practices of colleagues, expand the experience of professional sessions
• Develop and improve existing coaching skills
• Notice and develop new skills, expand your coaching arsenal
• Expand your understanding of the profession and yourself in the profession
• Put forward, conduct research and test hypotheses, develop reflection skills in a group of colleagues
• Solving cases, discussing interesting or difficult cases from practice
• Help each other in the process of professional and career growth
• Become more aware of your resources, try different approaches to perception
• Get the opportunity to be in an unstructured environment where surprises happen, something unpredictable
• Practices of improving the coach's own life, not the client's life
• Look at the profession by wearing different shoes or hats, avoid pupation and bronze, sticking in models or paradigms
